Bio

Nita Singh Kaushal is the Director of Business and Technology Curriculum at Stanford Continuing Studies and an Adjunct Lecturer in the Stanford School of Engineering. She teaches popular leadership and negotiation courses across both programs, working with professionals and emerging leaders from a wide range of fields.

Nita is also the Founder and Principal of NSK Leadership LLC, a firm that helps tech, product, and business teams strengthen their leadership capabilities, elevate performance, and drive meaningful impact. In addition, she is the Founder of Miss CEO, which has empowered more than 200,000 students worldwide through leadership training, mentorship, and career exploration opportunities.

Earlier in her career, Nita held senior product management, engineering, and operations roles at Yahoo! and Intel. She has served on the Stanford Women’s Community Center Advisory Board and led Yahoo! Women in Tech, a 500+ member organization dedicated to advancing women in technical and executive roles. Nita graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
