Medical education and academic programs executive with over 15 years of experience building large-scale, outcomes-driven learning systems across academic medicine, healthcare organizations, and professional societies.

At Stanford University School of Medicine, I lead education portfolios spanning accredited medical education, leadership development, digital learning, and interprofessional training. My work focuses on building the operational systems that allow large-scale education programs to run well, including budget and financial management, compliance governance, workflow design, program delivery, and cross-functional coordination.

I partner with faculty and administrative leaders to translate academic priorities into effective operating models and learner-centered programs aligned with institutional goals. Across my career, I have worked across the medical education continuum, including foundational health sciences education, professional degree programs, continuing education, leadership development, and technology-enabled learning.

With graduate training in health professions education from Johns Hopkins, I bring a data-informed approach to educational strategy, program quality, and accreditation. I am especially interested in building modern education systems that are innovative, scalable, and responsive to the needs of learners, faculty, and institutions.
