Bio


Tatsuya Uchida is a Visiting Scholar in the Department of Neurosurgery at Stanford University. He completed 5-year neurosurgery training and obtained the board certification in Japan. He completed his PhD curriculum at the University of Tokyo in March 2023. He is also a board-certified doctor of neuroendovascular therapy and stroke.
His primary research focuses on medical imaging technology, particularly 3D fusion of multiple imaging modalities for surgical simulation and face anonymization technique using head images. He is flexible, focused, reliable and eager to learn, and have a strong passion for Medical 3D image research.
