I am Chartered Accountant (India CPA) with about 8 years of experience working with Daimler India, Caterpillar India, and most recently, Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital, India’s largest eye care chain. He brings expertise in audits, reporting, treasury, and budgeting.
I proudly identifies myself as a Chennai person through and through, completely by heart and soul. I bleeds yellow more than blue because and i am a die-hard Chennai Super Kings (CSK) fan.
Food is is passion, and i can spend endless hours watching food reviews rather than just eating the food. If you ever want to chat, a cup of filter coffee would make it even better.

Kweku Fleming
Business Transformation Advisor, Stanford Institute for Innovation in Developing Economies (SEED)
BioKweku Fleming is the Senior Facilitator with Stanford Seed, and a part of Seed’s Founding team in West Africa. In his most recent role, he managed Stanford Seed’s corps of Transformation Facilitators. Fleming contributed to establishing and refining the structure, curriculum and content of Stanford’s accelerator for small & medium enterprises operating in Africa and South Asia. He has been an executive Coach supporting dozens of scaling enterprises, and has facilitated over 120 capacity-building workshops in multiple industries and regions.
Fleming earned a B.S. in electrical engineering and a M.S. in & Product Design from Stanford University. He earned a M.A. in architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He was a MBA Fellow in MIT’s Leaders for Global Operations.
In his former career, he was a Design Consultant who collaborated with companies to develop new products and innovations to existing products.
Fleming has worked with companies like Walt Disney Imagineering, Embarq, Jet Blue, Alcoa, and the United States Patent & Trademark Office, having served as a Registered Patent Agent since 2000.
Fleming lives in Accra, Ghana. -

As an IT Operations Analyst at our organization, I play a vital role in optimizing our digital work environment and ensuring an exceptional user experience for both internal teams and external clients. My core duties involve analyzing user needs, documenting policies, and developing business requirements to enhance the efficiency of our systems. Additionally, I manage licensing for various platforms and handle invoicing paperwork to ensure budget compliance.
In terms of key responsibilities, I oversee digital collaboration tools such as Slack and Asana, implementing communication guidelines and norms while also onboarding new team members. Furthermore, I serve as the Data Custodian for Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and accessibility while managing report folders. Additionally, I develop organization protocols for Google Drive and oversee license management for platforms like NovoEd, Sparkhire, and DocuSign.
My role extends to collaborating with design teams to enhance educational platforms' user interface and experience. I also oversee network websites and FAQs to ensure user-friendliness and value.
