Michelle Reddy
Lecturer
BioMichelle Reddy is a Postdoctoral Scholar at CERI, Sciences Po. She examines crises (Ebola, migration, and COVID-19) and international development. From 2017-2018 Michelle was a Fulbright Scholar in Sierra Leone and Guinea. In addition, she studies education, health, and civil society organizations, their relationships with international organizations, their role in democratization, development, and crisis response, and challenges such as external technical standards by international donors. Michelle received her PhD from Stanford University and is a lecturer at the Paris School of International Affairs, where she teaches courses related to the international relations of Africa and education in emergencies. She has worked as a consultant for numerous international organizations, including the United Nations Office for West Africa and UNESCO.
