My work spans deep learning-based methods for structural variant detection in genome sequencing, diabetetes risk prediction, and protein–ligand binding affinities predicion. I’m broadly interested in how AI can accelerate drug discovery, uncover disease mechanisms, and improve individualized healthcare.
