My work investigates how signaling pathways, including Notch3 and Thrombospondin-1, regulate SMC phenotypic switching, fibrous cap stability, and plaque vulnerability in atherosclerosis, with the goal of identifying novel therapeutic targets to prevent heart attacks and strokes.
