  Sathya Narayanan Jagadeesan

  BioSathya is a postdoctoral scholar at the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory. He will work at the SLAC - Stanford Battery Center of Applied Energy Division. He graduated with a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where he worked with Dr. Xiaowei Teng. His research expertise includes fundamental and electrochemical investigations on aqueous energy storage using operando synchrotron X-ray measurements. Sathya strives to increase the storage capacity and cyclability of aqueous batteries for commercial purposes in modern grid-storage applications.
