BioI finished my undergraduate study in general chemistry at Shandong Normal University in 2014. Later, I continued to my master’s studies in organic chemistry at Lanzhou University. In 2018, I moved to Baylor University conducting research under the mentorship of Professor John L. Wood. During my graduate studies, I mainly focused on the total syntheses of natural products. Prior to joining Stanford, Linda served as Senior Counsel – Real Estate at Apple Inc. She was also a real estate transactions associate with Allen Matkins in Irvine and San Francisco. Linda received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Rice University and her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law.

Xin (Melody) Liu

BioXin 'Melody' Liu, MBA, RYT500, is a Program Coordinator with YogaX at Stanford Psychiatry. A graduate of the YogaX 200-hour and 300-hour teacher training programs and currently enrolled in the yoga therapy training program, she is a therapeutic yoga practitioner with a professional background in psychology research and business consulting.
Her approach is grounded in the understanding that wellbeing begins with turning inward, reconnecting with one's authentic self, and recognizing an inherent wholeness, and that what individuals cultivate internally extends outward to their communities as compassion and connection. Drawing on Integrated Holistic Yoga and mind-body science, she offers an integrative approach that incorporates therapeutic yoga, breath work, contemplative practice, and lifestyle medicine.
At YogaX, she provides student and community support, teaching, and mentorship. -

Nancy Fang Liu
Clinical Assistant Professor, Medicine
BioNancy Liu is a hospitalist and clinical assistant professor in the Department of Hospital Medicine. She earned her medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania and completed her internal medicine residency training at Stanford Health Care, where she was awarded the Julian Wolfsohn Award for dedication to leadership, clinical practice, and teaching during residency. Her interests are in quality improvement, end of life care, and health equity for underserved populations.

Peiwen Liu

BioPeiwen Liu is a Staff Engineer in the CTO Office at Applied Materials, where he works on next-generation photonic interconnect technologies for AI data centers, with a focus on enabling high-bandwidth, energy-efficient data communication. His work also spans advanced semiconductor and display technologies, including MicroLED manufacturing and device integration. He earned his Ph.D. in Lasers & Optics from William & Mary, with research focused on condensed matter physics, ultrafast optics, and electronic materials. He is currently pursuing graduate studies in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University, further expanding his expertise in advanced circuits and photonic technologies.

Rong Liu

BioRong Liu is a postdoctoral scholar in the Department of Biology at Stanford University. Her research focuses on biodiversity, biogeography, and plant functional ecology, with particular interest in understanding how plant traits, evolutionary history, and environmental gradients shape global patterns of species diversity. She uses large-scale herbarium records, functional trait data, phylogenies, and spatial modelling approaches to study plant bioregionalization and ecological responses to environmental change.

Ruikang Liu, MD, FAAP, CAQSM, RMSK

BioDr. Liu is a board-certified primary care pediatrician, fellowship trained sports medicine specialist (peds and adults), and registered in musculoskeletal ultrasonography. He aims to help patients become healthier, more active, while staying safe and in less pain.
He got his Bachelor’s from Johns Hopkins University, and medical degree and pediatrics training, including a Chief Instructor year, at Penn State. He then did a sports medicine fellowship at the University of Colorado, where he helped in the care of several notable professional teams including Denver Nuggets, Colorado Rapids, and Colorado Avalanche. Prior to joining Stanford UMP, he was the APD of the LSU Shreveport Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship, where in addition to leading the didactics curriculum, he was also co-head team physician for Grambling State University, medical director for a USA Judo tournament, and ringside physician for USA Boxing amongst many other roles.
Dr. Liu is known nationally in the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, serving past roles including the Pediatric Residency Representative, Fellowship Class Representative, Co-chair of the Pediatric Curriculum Subcommittee, Co-Chair of the SportsMedRef Subcommittee, and is currently the Chair of the Special Interest Group Subcommittee.
Outside of work, Dr. Liu enjoys training martial arts and hiking with his wife and dogs.
