BioMohamad earned his undergraduate and MD degrees from the American University of Beirut (AUB) before completing a post-doctoral research fellowship at the GI Division of Johns Hopkins University (JHU) under Dr. Vivek Kumbhari. He then moved to Detroit for his Internal Medicine residency at Wayne State University, where he developed a special interest in improving the quality of life for patients with motility disorders. His academic interests include the intersection of neurological and gastrointestinal disorders, with a research focus on motility disorders in patients with autonomic dysfunction.
