Gabriella Imbriano
Clinical Assistant Professor, Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences
BioGabriella Imbriano, Ph.D. is the Co-Director for the Center for Mental Health Implementation Support (CMHIS) within the Stanford Center for Dissemination and Implementation and is a Clinical Assistant Professor within the Stanford School of Medicine. Dr. Imbriano is a clinical psychologist and research scientist. She is passionate about increasing access to evidenced-based mental health interventions and her previous work in the Veterans Health Administration, and in various university and academic medical centers, has inspired her commitment to science and practice integration. She has clinical expertise and research interests in traumatic stress disorders and trauma-informed care, women’s health care, and their intersections with implementation science.

Reem Itani, MD, MACM
Clinical Assistant Professor, Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences - Sleep Medicine
BioDr. Itani is board certified in general pediatrics, and board eligible in pediatric pulmonology and sleep medicine. She is fellowship trained in pediatric pulmonology and sleep medicine.
Dr. Itani diagnoses and treats a wide range of sleep disorders in adults and children.
Dr. Itani’s research interests include medical education and patient compliance and education. Her other research interests have included sleep consequences of Prader-Willi syndrome and congenital central hypoventilation syndrome.
Dr. Itani has published her research in peer-reviewed journals including Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine, Current Neurology and Neuroscience Reports, Medical Teacher, and Brain & Development. She has presented to her peers at national and regional meetings, including the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, the Innovations in Medical Education Conference, and the American Thoracic Society.
Dr. Itani is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the American Thoracic Society and the American College of Chest Physician. -
Lisa Robin Jacobs, MD, MBA
Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor, Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences
BioDr. Jacobs is a child, adolescent & adult psychiatrist in private practice in Menlo Park, CA and an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences of the Stanford University School of Medicine. She serves as the Assistant Director of The Pegasus Physician Writers at Stanford and is the Editor at Large of The Pegasus Review. She eared a BA from Cornell University, an MBA from the University of Rochester, and completed medical school at Brown University.

Shaili Jain, MD
Adjunct Clinical Professor, Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences
BioDr. Jain is a board certified psychiatrist with specialty expertise in posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), primary and mental health integrated care, and women’s health psychiatry. She is a former health services researcher, affiliated with the National Center for PTSD, who focuses on developing innovative ways to enhance the reach of mental healthcare in underserved populations with PTSD. Her work is widely accredited for elucidating the role of paraprofessionals and peers in the treatment of American veterans with PTSD.
She serves as the Psychiatry representative on Stanford's Executive Committee of the Association of Adjunct Clinical Faculty (AACF) and is also a council member for the Adjunct Clinical Faculty (ACF) council in Stanford's department of psychiatry. She is a distinguished fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.
Dr. Jain is an internationally recognized leader in communicating to the public about trauma and PTSD. Her posts for her Psychology Today blog on PTSD, In the Aftermath of Trauma, have been viewed over 350,000 times. Her acclaimed debut non-fiction trade book, The Unspeakable Mind: Stories of Trauma and Healing from the Frontlines of PTSD Science (Harper, 2019), was nominated for a National Book Award, and her essays and commentaries on trauma and PTSD have been presented by the BBC, CNN, The New York Times, STAT, Newsweek, The Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, The Atlantic, USA Today, TEDx, public radio, and others -
Lindsay Elise Jamieson

BioLindsay Jamieson is a doctoral-level trainee whose work focuses on neuropsychological assessment and cognitive functioning across development. She contributes to research in the BRUNO Lab at Stanford, assisting with studies examining cognition, aging trajectories, and sex-related differences in Down syndrome.
Her broader interests include neurodevelopmental conditions, brain injury, and how biological and environmental factors shape cognitive outcomes. Lindsay also brings prior experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through adaptive riding and equine-assisted programs. She aims to build a career centered on thoughtful, evidence-based assessment and collaborative clinical care. -
Safwan Jaradeh, MD

Current Research and Scholarly InterestsClinical interests include autonomic disorders, small fiber neuropathies and the development of effective methods of testing and treating these disorders. Prior work has focused on small fiber painful and autonomic neuropathies; syndromes of orthostatic intolerance and syncope; gastrointestinal motility dysfunction; cyclic vomiting; protacted Gastroesophageal Reflux; non-allergic rhinitis syndromes; and the relationship between the autonomic nervous system and normal or abnormal sleep. Additional areas of interest include the neurology of phonation and swallowing disorders, and peripheral nerve injury and repair.
