Kyle Harrison is a Clinical Professor (Affiliated- PAVA) of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine at Stanford University and a staff physician at the VA Palo Alto. He is interested in the intersection of pain and addiction. He co directs the Transitional Pain Clinic at the VA Palo Alto. He attends on both the acute pain service as well as the addiction medicine clinic at the VA Palo Alto. His academic interest include addiction, pain, peri operative management of buprenorphine, transitional pain, conversion of acute to chronic pain, and medical simulation.
