Jeff Gordon

Current Role at StanfordJeff Gordon is the Senior Associate Director of Corporate Relations in Stanford’s School of Engineering. Prior career experience includes serving as Pacific Bell Sales Vice President and Director of Broadband Services, Strategy and Product Marketing He as been consultant to many tech-based entrepreneurial ventures and served as Director of Industry Relations for Silicon Valley start-up IPWireless. He has also provided business/market development and strategic consulting services to private and public sector, as well as non-profit clients. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from San Diego State University, and M.A. in Public Policy Analysis from Claremont Graduate University. He also was a Coro Public Affairs Leadership Fellow.

Jonathan D. Gortat

BioJonathan Gortat is the Director of Licensing and Strategic Alliances at Stanford University's Office of Technology Licensing with more than 15 years experience in technology transfer. Prior to joining Stanford, he was assistant director at the University of Illinois-Chicago Office of Technology Management and in various roles at Purdue Research Foundation in technology transfer and working on a pre-seed investment fund. In addition, he has more than 5 years industrial pharmacy research and project management experience. He has extensive experience in pharmaceutical and chemical unit operations and analytical methods associated with the pharmaceutical industry. Joshua D. Grab, MS, MA

BioJoshua Grab is a Biostatistician at the S-SPIRE Center in the Department of Surgery. He has Masters' degrees in Biostatistics and Mathematics.
Josh has 12 years of experience as a biostatistician and data analyst. As a data analyst at UCSF, he worked primarily for the Liver Transplant Center doing survival analyses. At Wake Forest University, he worked on genome-wide association studies for various disease conditions. Before that, he worked at the Duke Clinical Research Institute (DCRI), building logistic models for mortality within the Society of Thoracic Surgeons' National Cardiac Database.
Josh has been a SAS user for all of his time in biostatistics and has beginner to intermediate skills with various other software packages, including R, STATA, and MATLAB, and is learning Python.
