His research considers the modeling of turbulence in fluid flows, which are often stratified, and includes numerical simulation of coastal upwelling, internal waves and sediment transport in coastal regions, flow in rivers, valley winds, and the planetary boundary layer.

He received his B.S. in EE from National University of Singapore (2022). His research focuses on developing novel materials and thin films for energy-efficient memories and computing, including magnetic random-access memory (MRAM), oxide transistors, and other nanoscale devices.
