Eghosa Obaizamomwan Hamilton

BioDr. Eghosa Obaizamomwan-Hamilton is a Black motherscholar who prioritizes scholarship in service of her community. She works in the Graduate School of Education at Stanford University, and prior to higher education, she was a K-12 educator for 16 years. Her broad research and teaching focus on Black Critical Race Theory, Black Educational Studies, Black Feminist Thought, intersectionality, critical pedagogy, and the sociology of race and education. She is the co-founder of the nonprofit organization Making Us Matter and co-founding editor of The Black Educology Mixtape “Journal”. Her scholarship investigates the complex intersections of race, identity, gender, and education, and is published in peer-reviewed journals such as Harvard Educational Review, Equity & Excellence in Education, Race Ethnicity and Education, and Educational Studies. Her first book, Articulations, A Radical Methodology for Black Pedagogy: Redefining Education through Black Women’s Hair Experiences, is published through Routledge. Drawing on 18 years of experience, her writing, teaching, and research intersect to explore interdisciplinary themes deeply informed by and engaging with Black intellectual traditions.

Arinze Obiezue

BioArinze is an MBA Candidate at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an MA Education Candidate at the Stanford Graduate School of Education. He's passionate about emerging applications of synthetic media in entertainment and education.
Before Stanford, Arinze worked in venture capital across Kenya and Nigeria as part of the investment team at The Fund for Africa's Future (aka. Future Africa), helping drive investments into some of Africa's top startups. He’s also the co-founder and publisher of Kenga, an independent culture publication documenting the ideas, personalities, and cultures shaping African Gen Z communities on the continent and in the diaspora. Arinze started off his career as a content designer at Meta in London, where he worked on product features aimed at limiting the spread of sensitive content on Facebook and Instagram. While at Meta, Arinze co-founded EarlyAdmit, a coaching platform that helped high-achieving students from underrepresented minority backgrounds get admitted to the top MBA programs in the world. EarlyAdmit was acquired in 2023 by Tequire.
Arinze joined Meta after graduating valedictorian of his class at the African Leadership University (ALU) in Mauritius with a first-class honours degree in Business Management, then left Meta to pursue a master’s degree in Global Affairs with a focus on AI Policy at Tsinghua University, where he was a Schwarzman Scholar and a China Oceanwide Fellow. In 2020, he became the first-ever student from an African university to be offered admission to the competitive deferred MBA programs at both Harvard Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Arinze currently sits on the Advisory Board of the Queer African Network (QAN), a nonprofit building digital platforms and third spaces for Africa's queer community to find community, resources, and opportunities. He also briefly served as the Managing Editor of 'A Nasty Boy', Nigeria's first LGBTQ+ publication, where he helped bring visibility to the stories of a community thriving against all odds in one of Africa's most violently homophobic countries.
Arinze is a 2017 recipient of The Diana Award and, in 2021, served as a Judge for the prestigious social impact award created in honour of the Late Princess Diana. In 2023, RIVET recognised Arinze as one of the 20 young people in the world, catalyzing the youth revolution through social innovation and entrepreneurship. For his work building Kenga, a creative platform that helps shift the narrative of Africa towards better stories about the African experience, Arinze was also named a 2023 Kekere Storyteller Prize Champion. In 2024, the Skoll Foundation selected Arinze as a Skoll Fellow among a cohort of 33 other global changemakers leading impactful organisations in their communities. -

In Kyoto he is photographing more than 22 years in one Geisha House as his life work since 1999.
He has several publications including "A Geisha's Journey", "Mon journal de Gesisha", "komomo" etc.
He has held solo exhibitions and participated in photography festivals and photo fairs around the world (Mexico, USA, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Armenia, China, UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Japan, etc.)

BioRobert C. Oh, MD, MPH, CAQSM, FAAFP, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and fellowship-trained Primary Care Sports Medicine specialist at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System and Clinical Associate Professor (Affiliated) at Stanford University School of Medicine.
His clinical practice focuses on non-operative musculoskeletal and sports medicine, including overuse injuries, tendon disorders, and ultrasound-guided procedures such as platelet-rich plasma injections and shockwave therapy. He cares for Veterans, active duty service members, and athletes of all levels, with particular expertise in exertional heat illness and performance-related conditions.
Dr. Oh integrates primary care, metabolic health, and lifestyle medicine into his sports medicine practice and is active in resident and fellow education at Stanford. He is a retired U.S. Army Colonel with extensive experience caring for tactical athletes. -

Stefan L. Oliver

BioStefan Oliver is a creative senior scientist and educator with a special interest in the membrane fusion mechanisms of viral pathogens. Stefan uses and develops multidisciplinary approaches to delineate the molecular functions that underpin the mechanics of herpesvirus fusion. Recently he has been focused on solving near atomic resolution structures of antibody-bound glycoproteins using contemporary cryo-EM technologies. One of his overarching goals is to understand the complex interplay of the herpesvirus fusion complex with cellular factors at the atomic level using state-of-the-art structural biology tools.
In addition to his dedication to lab-based science, Stefan is involved in community outreach supporting scientists of the future. He participates as a judge for science competitions and also lectures to high school students about STEM. He is a strong advocate for the scientific method and seeks to get the best out of his mentees at all stages of their careers, guiding high school students and postdocs through their research projects.
Stefan’s educational background includes a B.Sc. in Immunology and a Ph.D. in Veterinary Virology. He has spent more than 25 years in academic and biotechnology research laboratories in fields spanning immunology, pharmaceuticals, infectious diseases and structural biology. Special interests outside of his primary field of research are evolution and motorcycles. Stefan was the recipient of an American Motorcycling Association (AMA) Service award for providing information related to COVID-19.
