James Douglass
Software Architect, Woods Research Natural Capital Project
BioJames Douglass (he/him) is the Software Architect for the Natural Capital Project. His current work focuses on expanding access to InVEST through better tooling in heterogeneous compute and development environments, supporting research efforts and identifying and prototyping impactful improvements to NatCap's Science and Technology offerings. In previous roles with NatCap, James has led the technical strategy of InVEST, led the development of OPAL, and previously served as lead of the Software Team. James received his B.S in Computer Science from St. Lawrence University.

Undergraduate Student Services Officer, History Department
BioAs the undergraduate student services officer for the Department of History, I oversee student degree progress in the major and minor and work closely with the director of undergraduate studies, director of honors and research, and our intrepid peer advisors to plan and carry out undergraduate programming. I also schedule the department’s curriculum in collaboration with the vice chair. I enjoy getting to know each student as they journey through the major or minor, and am always happy to chat with students about their interests and plans, both within Stanford and beyond.

Lauren Drag, PhD
Clinical Assistant Professor (Affiliated), Neurology
BioLauren Drag, PhD, is a Clinical Assistant Professor(Affiliated) in the Department of Neurology and Neurological Sciences at Stanford University School of Medicine. She received her bachelor’s degree from Pomona College and a PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Arizona. Dr. Drag is board certified in Clinical Neuropsychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology.
She completed a clinical internship in neuropsychology at the VA Ann Arbor Medical Center and a two-year post-doctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at the University of Michigan Healthcare System. Prior to coming to Stanford, she was a researcher at the VA Palo Alto Medical Center and served as Director of the Neuropsychology Area of Emphasis at Palo Alto University. Dr. Drag’s research interests are in cognitive aging and traumatic brain injury. -
